# Delete your account

> How to delete your Golf League Software account, and what stays with your league afterwards.

How to delete your Golf League Software account on iPhone or by email.

## 1. In the app

1. Open the app and tap **Account**.
2. Tap **Delete account** and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

## 2. Or by email

Email [hello@golfleaguesoftware.com](mailto:hello@golfleaguesoftware.com?subject=Delete%20my%20account) from the address on your account and we’ll delete it within 30 days.

## 3. What is deleted

Your sign-in, your name and email on the account, and your access to every league you belonged to.

## 4. What stays with your league

Scores from nights you played are part of your league’s results and standings, so they stay with the league’s roster, which your league organizer manages. To have your name removed from a league’s roster, ask the organizer, or email us. Deleted data leaves our backups within 30 days.
